Water woes

THE EDITOR: For the last five months the people of Long Circular Road and its connected streets in Maraval have had extensive water problems. Without the intermittent water truck we would be stinking to high heaven.

The irony is that we are in the middle of a very wet rainy season and Maraval has been afflicted with several catastrophic floods, with newspapers warning that rivers are approaching threshold levels. So can anyone tell us why we have no water? My tanks are empty.

Mr Minister of Public Utilities, show us your motion here in Maraval and give us back the reliable supply we have enjoyed and paid for in the past.
