Missing person alert for Moses

THE EDITOR: Can someone please put out a missing person alert for Senator Dennis Moses, Minister of Foreign and Caricom Affairs, who it seems is missing in action or is AWOL?

Since his appointment in 2015, Moses has managed to maintain a very low profile in a relatively high-profile ministry.

Being the minister for Caricom affairs one would have expected when Hurricane Irma devastated Barbuda he would have sprung into action.

Prior to his ministerial appointment, Moses was the representative of the OAS General Secretariat in the Commonwealth of Dominica.

It is therefore surprising that he is not in the forefront of the relief co-ordination for Dominica since I’m sure many of his friends, colleagues and acquaintances were affected by Hurricane Maria’s destruction.

Unless Moses has been afflicted by some mysterious medical episode and to avoid any misguided accusation, I suggest he should outdo Works and Transport Minister Rohan Sinanan and donate his salaries since 2015 to the Dominica relief effort.
