Gabriel, Roach give West Indies life

FAST bowling pair Shannon Gabriel and Kemar Roach snatched four wickets apiece as West Indies had its best day on tour of England, today.

Gabriel took four for 51 and Roach grabbed 4/71 as West Indies dismissed England for 258 on the opening day of the second Test match at Leeds. Batting for England Ben Stokes stroked an even 100, while captain Joe Root scored 59.

In reply, West Indies closed on 19/1.
