Yuma launches tomorrow

YUMA launches its Carnival 2018 presentation, Fatal Attraction, tomorrow at the Hasely Crawford Stadium at 9 pm.

In an effort to encourage the young people of Trinidad and Tobago to be more involved in the culture, the band is introducing a Y-Varsity female design geared towards masqueraders ages 18 to 21.

Standard backline, now renamed baseline costumes will be available to all masqueraders. The band has also introduced the mid-line or semi-loaded option, a level between backline and renamed “hardline” option for the masqueraders who want sexy without the full load of feathers on the road. Male masqueraders will have six sections from which to choose.
